The Association of Mongolian Intellectual Property Agents has successfully organized the training “Intellectual Property Law” between 13th and 14th of June 2016. New agents who successfully took official examination for intellectual property agents in April 2016 and members of the Association attended to this training. The training was conducted by experienced agents who have carried out activities of intellectual property agent for many years and members of the Board of Directors of the Association.
At the two-day training, interesting papers regarding copyright matters, patent law, basics of trademark, intellectual property comparison of Russia and Mongolia, and intellectual property system of Japan were presented. Particularly, patent researcher Ya. Tsend-Ayush, as an experienced patent agent, shared his experience regarding intellectual property law comparison of Russia and Mongolia.
